How to reduce, prevent and cope with stress

Are your problems getting on top of you ? (If your work or a problem gets on top of you , it begins to make you feel unhappy and depressed). Are you feeling depressed and under stress? Read these suggestions. Try to add your own ideas to the list !

*Get up 15 minutes earlier.
*Go for a walk.
*Say "no" more often.
*Exercise regularly.
*Make duplicate keys.
*Don't rely on your memory...write things down.
*Smile more.
*Get enough sleep.
*Avoid negative people.
*Look up at the stars.
*Get to work early.
*Leave work early(with permission :-)).
*Repair things that don't work properly.
*Strive for excellence NOT perfection.
*Take a different route to work.
*Know your limitations...
